Early on back when I lived in or around Houston Al Green was there and had his say and you heard what he had to say. And a lot of what he had to say was spot on. Since then the political landscape changed. Being a survivor he changed with it.

We moved to Indy in 1965...dad runnoft shortly thereafter leaving mom with a couple of wild boys to raise...on payday, once in awhile, she'd load us up and we'd go to Al Greens for burgers shakes and to see the old movies playing.
Accomplished singer, congressman AND a burger,shake movie establishment owner! WOW!
