    Putting a cheap scope on a nice rifle is like spending a $1,000 on a stereo and putting $10 speakers on it. If you have not tried a swarovski or Nightforce. Then you need to do so. Put as much money on a scope as you can afford. It can always be put on another gun. Don't go to over power. A high power like 12X or 15X is the highest you want to go for hunting. When I go west or up north. When it gets close to dark, everyone wants to spot with my
    Swarovski. It will take a 1/2 hour off of sunset light. Letting you see much later in the day. There is a reason why cheap scopes are cheap and expensive ones are costly.
