Nice rifle. I have a very similar setup in 22-250 made by PO Ackley. Another prolific custom rifle maker of the same vintage. Famous for all of the “ Ackley Improved” loadings. She wears a Unertl as well. Before internal adjustment target scopes became available. Unertl, Lyman , Fecker and even Indianas own Lischert we’re THE way to go on varmint/target rifles. Great find !!! Oh and Howdy neighbor!

A 22-250 is a barrel burner. But I used one in mid range (600 yard prone ) matches....a tach driver at 600 yards.....what is the twist?
