at those speeds, make sure whatever you get can handle it. cheaper routers will top out at only 50mbits of actual firewall throughput.
Buffalo makes good ones that can handle the speeds typically.
This is what I use, but then again, I'm a bit geeky. Yes, its not a single solution, but works phenomenally and I have incredible insight into what is going on in my network. (3rd is optional. You can run the free controller software on a PC if it is up all the time)
