No I haven't shot one but now that he has one I may get the chance. I've been spoiled by CZs and 1911s though and the PPX just doesn't fit my hands well. I have heard they are good guns for the money.

Yeah, they feel weird in the hand, but the trigger is excellent the results on the target are impressive.

Okay so the future poll questions I infer from the thread so far:

    1) Rhino is an elitist douche
    2) Rhino is not elitist
    3) Midget Strippers
    4) Bacon

You sure about that? You do claim to be somewhat purplish...

    Well, I've been a little blue lately . . .

Did you see me exposing my ancient Fortran 77 roots?

Please accept my appology. I'll take your word for it.

rhino is not a fan of political parties, but if he chose to be a republican, he'd be a genuine republican and not a rino. I think.

On somewhat of a side note, I saw a 'competition' Hi Point at the Bloomington Rural King last night. I chuckled.

There was actually a master class uspsa shooter sponsored by Hi Point for a while. I don't remember his name or how well he did with his 'Point, though.

That's kinda like saying "compitition AMC Pacer".

There used to be a purple AMC Gremlin with a huge engine that sat at a Shell station near my house back in the 1970s. I don't think it was street legal and I don't know how it did on the drag strip, but it looked pretty cool.

Having built a couple of AMCs I will tell you that almost every engine they used was built on the same block. Meaning you could pull the stock 243 out of your Pacer and drop in a built 401 in an afternoon. I've seen a few Pacers and Gremlins that would give a Camero a real surprise.

I've lived in the world of AMC for a bit. I know it's true. I've seen it. Maybe not that exact one but know of a few that are more than capable.

The guys who owned this car were Mickey & Vaughan Pointer.

So, I was at Rural King on Saturday and I saw a guy I know.

    For the record, NOT ME.

Further, note that I called rhino while driving through Crawfordsville to Parke County and back from Parke County last week and yet he still ignored me.

I would have bought him coffee or breakfast. I would have bought him a Hi Point, but nooooo.
