Here is a new twist to the scam approach. I have an email account that I no longer use from the business that I use to own. However it is still receiving spam. I check in to it every other week or so, just in the event that something of value needs attention. May have been 3 or 4 weeks ago that I check it for inbox mail….. and today I found this,
“Hey.
Hopefully you actually will not really mind my language grammar, because im from Philippines. I infected your device with a virus and im in possession of all of your personal info from your operating-system.
It was installed on a mature site and after that you've selected the online video and clicked on it, my software immediately got into your system.
After that, your web-camera documented you soloing, also i captured a movie that you've seen.
After a short while additionally, it pulled out your device contact information. If you happen to would like me to wipe off your all that i have got - transmit me 780 euros in btc it is a cryptocurrency. It's my btc account address - 12e8aV4rNNAWyWQ2ioFZYWVN68Z1PBH2EL
At this moment you have 21 hrs. to produce a decision The minute i will receive the deal i will eliminate this movie and every little thing thoroughly. If not, you should remember that your video will be submitted to all your contacts.”
I actually had four that all basically say the same thing, one from the Netherland, one from Germany, and two from the Philipines. Interesting note, they call it “fapping” in Europe instead of soloing.
I know it’s a scam…… they didn’t mention “Midget Porn”. If they would have mentioned midget porn they might have gotten my attention,…….. just sayin’.
