    I agree.
    I am a Christian, myself.:yesway:
I am all about prostelyzing by trying to "convince" someone to accept the ballpark of my beliefs, but legislating morality doesnt make them believe... plus it goes against the very idea of freedom that I stand for. Freedom OF religion offers freedom FROM religion by proxy.

Once folks make laws so others have to conform to their religious beliefs or get thrown in prison...its a small leap to go from jailing them to killing them. Not that this would actually happen in the US, but you see my point of how zealots can think, and more people have been slaughtered over religion than anything else...it's crazy!:dunno:

Of course that doesnt mean I am not against laws criminalizing immoral things that could be dangerous to society, but thats another discussion.

Joking aside, I think there might be something to this.

I've been on a search for several years now, to find a liberal (by which I mean a socialist) who can sustain a deep political discussion without either getting angry and leaving, or without raising their voice and calling me names. Haven't found one yet.

I've often wondered if there isn't something biological or psychological that has to do with that belief system.

That gene must also be a logic inhibitor.
I think your right about this dross. Good post man!:yesway:
It's no wonder why I don't fit that well into social networks. I'm not a liberal.;)

Hell, that's why I'm here. I felt rejected by society, so I bought a gun and joined INGO. Now this website strokes my ego when I was a society outcast. But then, if you saw how ugly I was you might understand lol. :D

Don't feel rejected by society, some liberals just don't like anyone with their own piece of mind.:D
