    If only the Federal Government had access to animals trained in the detection of illegal substances.
    Citizens can be sniffed down on the side of the road, in airports or in public buildings.
    It's too bad the Federal Government lacks the resources to provide drug sniffing canines, to screen people coming & going into one of the most secure buildings on the planet.

    Oh wait, they DO have the resources (our tax dollars), and they DO have access to drug sniffing canines.
