    2014 Goals:

Beat all you ****ers...then beat all the other ****ers in different states! I'm putting this into effect immediately on Jan 1st...FYI

Shoot every major match that I can. 1 or 2 a month.
Shoot every local match when I am not shooting majors.
Live fire practice 1-2 times a week.
Dry fire though the winter and when I can though the year.
I have a number that is 25-30,000 rounds that I plan to shoot between matches and practice.
Build back up open gun in Jan.
I want to be a serious contender in 2014 I'm not ****ing around anymore!

    Alright fella's, how'd you do?

Appears I didn't post any goals.... Therefore by setting my bar low I'm able to claim success I guess..... :)
2013 was a pretty solid season, can't really complain.

for 2014, not expecting much different in the amount of live practice or matches shot, so I guess my goal is to shoot enough to not totally F up and enjoy my time on the range...

    2014 goals
Attend as much training as possible
Find out where all these shooting matches are that everyones talking about and attend as many as possible.
Would eventually like to shoot in a few matches also.
A big goal for 2014 is to teach my first nra pistol course.(became a certified instructor in 2013 but still looking to sit in on some courses being put on by some veterans)
Just a few goals along with starting a business to keep me busy in 2014.

Well I didn't post, so everything that happened for me is a positive, kinda.

My my gun was broke, had to borrow CB45's

Least shooting I've ever done in ten years

    11 total matches

Found a new gunsmith, got gun fixed.

    Made Master

    Shot my first 100% classifier

yep, all positive stuff looking back. List isn't in order, actually finished off the Master class with CB45's gun, Trudy.

    2014 goals,

Gonna be tough, wife will be in final year of nursing school. Money will still be tight.

gonna work on a 100 project.

    Want to attend some majors

want to really SEE, .......this is happening more and more and more, just need consistency

    i love this crap!!!

Well since it appears we are using this for 2014 goals and not starting a new one(can the title of the thread be changed to 2014?), here are my goals:

    1. Shoot Trap
    2. Figure out what I am going to do for a 9mm pistol
    3. Shoot a couple Appleseeds
    5. Try Steel Challenge again if I get number 2 worked out
    6. Get my firearms and gear in better shape to use for above
    7. Build an AR

2014? Sell my 3 gun gear. I've shot one 3 gun match in 2 years so it's time to quit kidding myself. I'm keeping the AR though, maybe the shotgun.
My other goals are to have my backup gun available...as soon as Jake gets it built.

Except for a questionable DQ at the IN section and not shooting for almost 3 months, I had a pretty good year.

About this time last year I attended Steve Anderson's Dry Fire tune up with Chris I. & Rob S. Steve asked what my goal was. What was my purpose for shooting? I said something along the lines of, "I just want to be better."

I set out to be a "Master" level USPSA competitor (not a paper M). He told me it would be a lot of work and it was

    Personal accomplishments.
    1. Made M in Open.
    2. Won HOA at several Level 1 USPSA matches.
    3. Finished 92% at a Level II USPSA match.
    4. Indiana SCSA Open Champion.
    5. Shot two 100% classifiers.

Next year I want to be in contention to win evey match I go to. Its going to be a fun year.

    Bring on 2014!
