I just picked up a Colt Defender in 9mm. I have my eyes open for a new Colt King Cobra, a subcompact H&K with LEM trigger, maybe one of the new Standard 1911s or a GCNM.

I find myself going in the opposite direction away from new technology and getting into wheel guns. Not knocking new tech though, as the one and only red dot pistol that I have makes me want to put a serious carry gun together that has one some day. Just not today.

I really got the hots for a mini-14. Trying to save some pennies to get one. There's just something about it that gets me going for some reason. Maybe its the old school looks for all I know :):

I’m still buying wheelies. I picked this 1974 vintage S&W 60 up a couple of weeks back. It goes quite well with the 1965 Colt Cobra Agent I picked up in August.

This was the summer of CZs for me. Picked up a P-01 and took it to The Wizard for some love. Then snagged a 75B matte stainless from an INGOer that had already had The Wizard treatment.

I picked up a S&W 617 (.22 LR stainless 10-round cylinder) with a 4" barrel right at the start of the year, and I have really enjoyed it.

I know what you mean. Those are some great looking rifles. I'm disappointed Ruger never made them to use a standard AR mag. They could've avoided a lot of trouble that way, but whatever. They're still nice.
