The one negative side to the Spydercos is that crap clip attachments. The screws will loosen quick over time.

Just to add another data point to the discussion...the clip screws on my multiple Spydercos have held strong for years and years with NO loosening whatsoever. Same story for all my Benchmade knives.

As with any screw fastener that refuses to stay tight, an appropriate amount of loctite usually resolves the issue. For these particularly small screws, I'd use blue 222 (purple)...but I highly doubt you'll need it, especially if you don't remove the clip from the factory position.

I’ve carried a stainless Delica for 10 or so years. I feel naked without it. I would definitely recommend it.

Personally, I wear jeans 99% of the time and I like the extra weight of the stainless model. Let’s you know it’s there, plus it’s a great platform for engraving.

It said plain flat grind and had the full flat grind pictured. Here's hoping that's the one that actually shows up. Fingers crossed, Amazon.

Not sure what "plain flat grind" means. Must a vendor's description?

Spyderco's "full flat grind" is actually redundant. A flat grind = a full flat grind. If the flat grind does not go from the spine to the edge bevel, then it's a saber grind.

Some vendors refer to "plain" as meaning plain edge (no serrations).

That's what I'm hoping. They had listings that with both styles pictured. The one I ordered had the full flat grind pictured but did say plain flat grind. Big downfall of dealing with them bit I wanted to use up my Christmas giftcard before the wife ordered toothpaste or something. Lol.

    Ah-HAH!

As in, "Plain edge, flat grind."

My brain doesn't register serrated edges (because they are wrong) so that didn't occur to me!

Hahaha. It came today. It's the flat grind. So far, I like it. It was sharp enough out of the box to shave my hand Bald. Every time i get a new knife or sharpen knives my wife looks at me like I'm stupid because I end up with bald spots on my arm or hand. Haha
