DD, if that was my stop, I most likely would’ve said “What the hell, this clown just cut me off.” And then when I got to the car and saw an ACTUAL clown, I would’ve lost it.

I wonder if that security guard is new at his job.
It looks like he was just given a gun and a badge the day before, no training or understanding of the law, and told to keep people with guns out of the building.
