Strange coyote spotted near Blue River

Friend of mine claims to have spotted one during a home inspection he was doing in Wheatfield, near Schahfer generating station. He tried to get a pic with his cell phone, but it wasn't very good, but you could tell it was some kind of a cat, and looked too big to be a house cat.
