    Looks good Dave, but doesn't removing the finish disqualify the knife from any future competition? :D (I'm trying to get every advantage I can if I decide to come out of retirement for the next Chop-IN competition)

    Note: Probably won't matter if he used that knife or not...he could win using a letter opener.

    Just for the record: Will it chop as well without the logo showing or does that add extra chop power?
    It's there, just really hard to see! I think the chopping power was untouched:dunno:, I'll have Tyler sharpen it for me just to make sure!:D

    The FSH turned out great stripped.

    I've stripped a couple of mine, the logo on the NMSFNO still shows up fine, but the FFBM it a little worn. Even without the logo on it, everyone still knows it's a Busse :D
