    Another +1 for Terro. I had a crap load of ants coming in my enclosed poach yesterday, the yard is totally saturated with rain so I guess they're heading for higher ground. There was so many of them that first I sprayed them with windex, that killed the majority and then put down some Terro.

    I worked in Pest Control for two years. The number one reason people have ants (not insulting OP here and speaking from my experiences) is cleanliness. We'd get calls and the place would be a mess :poop:, not Hoarders-messy, but a mess. Food all over, dirty house even dirty yards.

    If you feed them, they will come!

    I have cat feeders that attract them, or like I said before, my trash can did. I leave town for days at a time. Spraying the foundation usually fixes the ant problem. I have also never had this problem until I moved to this house.
