Dude.....you are definitely on an alphabet soup bad list somewhere now.

In India kidney's are going for around 1000, but if you want Romanian you'll have to fork out around 2700, current market prices as told by google.

This is a pretty crunchy deal. Better rifle than those listed, and by the time you add the cost of the optic you are floating in the same price bowl

My vote would go to the DelTon sport mod 2. I got one for testing last year and it ran anything an everything I threw at an then some. Plenty of accuracy and ran great with brass as well as a ton of steel case ammo and these ive seen cost less than 400 on a couple of occasions..

Of the rifles on your list I've got 2- the S&W and the Ruger. The Ruger is more accurate (sub 1.25 moa!) and has a better trigger than the S&W. It has also been 100% reliable right from the box, but only had 1 failure with the Smith, first mag with notoriously under-loaded ammo. Only mods I've made to the Ruger has been to add a 2-7x scope and a light. The Ruger is now my go-to short to medium range coyote rifle, the Smith is more of a fun gun. We've got a couple of more expensive ARs but I've really been impressed by both enough that they get the majority of use. Since I was limited to one vote I voted Ruger for the better trigger and accuracy although I'd be perfectly happy with either one.
