    I spoke to a survivor of the Luby's massacre about 15 years ago. His story was compelling as I'm sure all of them are.

    Unfortunately, his experience pushed him in the opposite direction and he became an ardent critic of 2A rights. He also seemed to have special contempt for Suzanna Hupp for some reason. I never asked him why though.

    People who refuse to take responsibility for their own safety are often resentful of those who embrace that responsibility. It makes them look weak.
