I have as well but if they were dealing in the house the parents had to be at least suspicious but maybe I am putting to much faith in them. They could be users as well. Tough world.

I have always been a protector of children. I have stepped into situations when a child was being pummeled (not punished but pummeled) and payed a price for it. Just my nature. My heart breaks when I see/hear of a child being abused in any way.

So it's all fair game for the Po-Po to use/misuse whatever tactics they want? Why not just drone strike the SOBs then and hold the parents responsible for the whole block getting blown up?

Seems to be the conclusion. A law is a law no matter how much it sucks. Break it, pay it. I may not agree with something, but this is the hand we are dealt.
