Maybe at Texas Tech, but at UF, UFPD and GPD had no problems with it. The tackled and cuffed my friend because he was stupid. Totally legit, but they did do it.

Pardon my pedantic bent:
- It's not a concealed carry permit, it is a License to Carry, and one can generally carry openly or concealed. However on campus it must be concealed.
- 18-21 can get a LTC if they are on active duty or are veterans. I'm sure this fool had neither qualification.
