Where's the candles and brick dust?

Great start to the day, but last 2 hours have been ass panda parade 4000 from that sweet storm. Plant power outage, alarms out the wang, and a 4" drain cap left open on the plant floor. Back pressure was about 6" high coming out into the mfg floor. Maintenance manager answered my call. Sounds like his problem now.

Out ringing steel this evening, after helping the gardener today. Someday the landscaping is going to end, but today was not that day.

New planters in the "shade garden" now full of hostas. I have to give her credit, she got rid of 4 old tires by using them as elevators for the central plants. Surrounded by rocks and filled with dirt I'll never see them again and that's dollars saved as well. I do like the shade garden for meals during the summer.

Are the compressor/condenser parts of an AC system getting smaller? I noticed that some had been replaced with new ones at one of the factories I go to. These were smaller than before and more rectangular, about half the size of the old units.

Dep[ends on the design and who makes the package. The residential condensers are larger to accommodate the larger coils.

Years ago the lab I ran had a problem with the AC not being able to keep up in the summer. Service guys told me that the unit was too small, but company brass at the time was not going to replace it. I put a lawn sprinkler next to it that sprayed water into the condenser coils all day, worked until enough money was free to replace the HVAC in the lab with something more suitable.
