We don't hear any other complaint, other than the guy complaining about people speaking Spanish. There "might" be something else that preceded it, but this guy has history. As far as A-holeness, people tend to "up their game" once someone comes at them in the way he did.

BTW, at least one of the employees was apparently from PR.
