There's a Sierra Mist commercial on the radio that sends me into a near blind rage.

One of the Credit Rating agencies has a radio commercial that does that to me too....

I ignore commercials, usually by surfing channels

Oh I try... I can't get the channel changed fast enough to avoid the anger.

It's basically a fully produced God-awful pop song played on non-pop stations. Q95 will go straight from Guns and Roses to LA LA LA LA LA LEMONS LA LA LA LA LA LIMES!!!! and it makes me want to give myself a lobotomy.

I lift them into the sink, Dr. gives the bath. I then unload them unto the floor. I use a bath towel to grab them when I pick them up so I don't get all wet. As I set them on the floor, the towel goes over me.
