I've got newspaper.

I keep getting lost in the ancestry site. Finally got some hits on my dad's parents....and now new leads keep popping for me to review and attach to the family tree.

We tracked my moms side back a long long way.

I'm just about ready to log off...hitting a dead end on my searches now. There are too many variations in the files I am finding. Names are spelled too many different ways. Birth years don't match even though I know that all three years are on documents that are my grandpa based on the other info on the documents. I think part of it stems from lying about his age when they were registering for the wars. Naturalization documents for both of my dad's parents have two different birth cities for each of them. At least I found some towns to give my son so he can see what he can find while in Serbia.
