    I have to admit, I'm struggling with this one right now, big gov telling us what we can and cannot do, where we can go (or not), etc.

    Notice the federal govt. isn't mandating the restrictions on personal movement. The reason is because the Constitution doesn't give it that authority. State governments are making those mandates and have that authority under these extreme conditions and always have, since the founding and before.

    Now, if we want to talk about whether money is being used prudently and even constitutionally, that's another matter.
