Had the hankering for some good bacon I get at a local butcher shop...Apple Smoked Bacon.

Put it on a kabob skewer with onions, red and green peppers, and shrimp. Hit it with some garlic powder and a little cajun shake, grill it till the bacon colors up nicely. Bam!

I'm tellin ya'll we need to get a grilling, bbq, game cooking, recipe thread goin on here...just a thought.
