I could wander over to "People of Walmart" and post a counterpoint....but I'm not that cruel.
Suffice to say, there's about 16 yoga pants wearers you don't want to see for every one you do. Maybe that ratio is acceptable, maybe not.
Don't get me wrong, I seriously luvs me some properly worn yoga pants but I'd happily support a ban on plastic bags for starters. Research the pacific gyre, no doubt there's an atlantic gyre, arctic gyre, etc.
Stores no longer give you plastic bags over here.
Before they gave you free plastic bags, for the last few years you had to pay for the bags (to force people to come with their own reusable bags), and now no bags at all.
Figures.
I want to suggest new laws regarding wet t-shirts, thongs, bikinis, daisy duke shorts, and pasties...just to see what kind of ads that brings up at the bottom of the page.
Edit: thongs, thongs, thongs, thongs, dammit, thongs...drat (stupid internet technology)...

Same thing in California. About a month ago I was in Southern California and stopped at Wally World. I went to use the self check out to pay for a jacket and pair of pants. None of the checkouts had bags so I thought they were closed.
I asked the girl at the podium if they were open. She said yes.
I siad I didn't see any bags so I thought they were closed. She said if you want a bag you have to pay $.10.
I declined to purchase a bag.
After paying i just put my jacket on and walked out. Thought about putting the pants on too but it was a long day doing training for a customer and didn't have the energy to go to jail.
PSA: Plastic bags are already gone from California stores - The San Diego Union-Tribune

Can't we just go with common sense regulation? I mean, it's worked for everything else.
16:1 at Walmart? I would definitely believe it. 16:1 at the health-food store? Nope, more like 1:10... you're looking in the wrong place!

How about Target stores? Or lets say yoga pants and riding boots since it is cold outside.
I'll have to pass on white herringbone. Why do they think they have to accentuate their large derriere? Geesh.
INGO has to ask these things...
