That looks interesting. San Miguel Allende is where it's made and that's in the state of Guanajuato. The majority of Tequilas are made in the state of Jalisco. That's kind of why I like Corralejo or Real de Penjamo, they are from different states, the agave seems a bit different, and the soil is different. Jalisco has a red soil/earth, where as Guanjuato is more black or brown. I think it adds a different flavor and is a little smoother and sweeter than the Jalisco Tequilas.
Also, it's funny that Casa Dragones is made in San Miguel. Great city, really beautiful. The majority of the population is American. If you want to live there, it's almost as expensive as living in the states.
