Yep. Classic bullies. They are stunned when someone calmly but firmly says 'No'.

I stay calm till they escalate, and then I escalate at the same rate. I used to make scenes everywhere I went.

I carried a coffee once in the groceey and sipped it the whole time, you could take it off while eating. The manager followed me and kicked me out after check out!
