If they want a female winner and too also increase ratings I would say they need to have Jessie Harrison on the show, Im pretty sure ratings would go up and she would definitely up the competition.

Watched the finale yesterday on DVR sounded like they are coming back to me. But no specifics, so maybe they are looking for more sponsors. Every year they get a little bigger and better, and that means they need more $. So maybe Bass Pro Shops could not foot the whole bill.
Also I like her Tattoo!! And the rest of her isn't bad either!

I had been DVR'ing it... Just fast forwarding to challenges and eliminations... 1 hr show cut down to 10 minutes.

I do the same thing, i like the challenges but the rest is just like any other reality show.

There seemed to be less Oprah type drama this year. I can't stand that crap. At least the 4 finalists were a good bunch of guys.

C'mon, some of the drama is fun! Otherwise it would just be a bunch of folks you really don't care about firing cool weapons. Might as well watch a documentary on the Military Channel.

Agree completely. You have to have character background to become invested in the show. You want to see the good triumph over the bad, not just exploding targets.
