Noticed a significant increase in speed traps in Hamilton county this week. Ready to make up for lost revenue...

Be be cautious out there. The free wheeling is over...

And the stupid is increasingly showing itself of late.
I noticed an uptick in fatal accidents in Louisville the past couple of months. Some were one car, but most involved other vehicles. The other day, my wife noticed a dude texting while driving with his knee on the steering wheel. This was on surface streets.

That's an understatement to say the least (see my sig line).

If government hadn't came along and made the stupid a protected species in order to garner more votes, maybe Darwinism would overtake their reproduction.

I could not have said that any better if I had tried. +10 sir.

When I was still in law enforcement, it occurred to me earlier in my career that all the emergency services were engaged in circumventing natural selection. Unfortunately, far too many of the people that police, fire, and ambulance services have to help are there because of their own poor decisions and how they acted on them.

    S.E. of disorder
I was passed one time by a young lady in a suburban; I was doing close to 80 and she flew past me like I was standing still. I had seen her coming and watched as she passed me. . . with her seat close to fully reclined, texting with both hands while steering with her feet. Yes feet. I truly thought I would come upon a mangled mess shortly and find her firmly lodged in a overpass or something.

And they are just getting worse.
