1. All owners of “assault weapons” will register on a website and print out a ticket.

2. Take weapon and ticket to “collection” center. The center will check person in the enhanced NICS system linking turn in voucher and person.

3. Collection center will report turn in government will pay $1000.00

This will be a relatively short timeline six months or so.

A bunch (bunches and bunches) of guns will never be turned in. News stories will continue to promote fear. People will be quoted saying that they lived next to so and so for years and they had no idea that the person owned a "deadly arsenal" There will be shock and horror!

The news media will herald the informers, they will be the true champions of democracy and freedom!

Meanwhile, kids will continue to die in the back of hot cars and neglect. People will be reported as missing and then found dead at the hands of family members (How often is this happening lately?) The next greatest cell phone and higher resolution TV will be out next year and the sheeple will keep asking for government to make them feel safe and get them out of debt.

And someday no one will be allowed to have pointy scissors and prison sentences can be given to people who made other people feel bad, but drug addicts, rapists, spouse abusers and thieves will be in comfortable rehab clinics due to their "illness".
