Exactly, I was thinking that no one uses cash these days, not even kids ordering pizza or anything delivered with DoorDash, etc.

I can't believe pizza places are still doing cash sales. I know someone that delivers pizzas and they are pay on order through the store. Drop the pizza on the front porch and knock on the door.

Tips can be paid ahead of time or at the door but the driver is not carrying cash to the door.

Times have changed and places need to adjust.

Sounds like the driver killed the first robber, and then the 17 year-old accomplice shot and killed the driver. Near north side of Lafayette...

While the used of cash has declined, there is still a big use of cash. It's not going away right away.

Sad but true. Pizza robberies are entry level forcible felonies.

I am shocked about how young the robbers are. Junior high schoolers are not uncommon.

Robbers rob people people whether delivering pizza or walking by on the street. Thieves deserve to get their just deserts; they can eat it while trying to steal their meal from someone else who actually paid for it or is earning a living delivering it.
