    I think making it legal is the issue versus simply making it not-illegal.

    For example it's not illegal to hop on one foot but there is also no law that explicitly makes it legal.

    The Amsterdam example - it's not "legal" it's just not "illegal" (or, at least, not enforced). I'm not up to date on Amsterdam laws.

    Illegal - legal - that's up to the American people and the American justice system to sort out. We will take care of our domestic issues and don't need UN intervention on this issue, people control (aka gun control), or anything else.

    I wonder why? Is it because their are other countries who rely on the revenue of importing drugs to the good ole USA?

    You know what occurred to me?

    The U.S.A. is a part of the UN, not Colorado or Washington. If the USA were to disband the states would still exist and be sovereign...

    Federally it's still illegal and, as such, the UN can **** off.

    You know what, the UN can **** off regardless.
