I have not child porn for sexting here in Indiana (yet).

The sexting I get comes in on Incest, Sexual Misconduct or Molests.

You have no right to a beautiful Incest, Sexual Misconduct or Molests.

Poor kids don't understand taking a pic of themselves and sending out makes them a child porn felon.

The concept of "show me yours" has been destroyed by digital communication and the ramifications thereof

The Constitution doesn't say the states can make a law against, there is no such thing as "general police powers" and the Constitution doesn't give Congress the power to prohibit it either. Therefore, it is a natural right.
