I've never quite understood why scoring steel is painted white. I vote yellow.

All about the ease of seeing the sights. That is what I have always heard from the national level RO's and those type of people.

I edited the OP for stages and round count.
Six stages 179 rounds minimum but all the steel is in the match I think. (not the Texas Star)
    No classifier.

    No Red paint.

I am pissed off and it is because of the ruling about what color steel scoring targets cannot be. I had this great idea and the ruling by NROI says no. We are this close to an outlaw match.

Wouldn't an "OutlAW" match be cheaper? no USPSA royalties? ( I really don't know serious question)

I am hoping to have two Texas Stars on a stage in August.

Outlaw would save the club money. But we have promised to deliver USPSA and follow the rules even though it hurts.

    Define, noteworthy, please.

We talking famous, like Angelina Jolie, or infamous like, Granger?

    How is that even possible?

Neither! The two to whom I refer have never graced a USPSA match with their presence. I dare not name names nor imply identities in the even they are no-shows.
