And I have to have a license to carry a firearm, but that POS can have as many kids as she wants.

    Seems right to me.

Life in prison. Should be about 15 minutes in prison before they flip the switch on the chair. Bzzzzzzzzt. Utah still has a firing squad, right?

Umm...technically yes. It was banned in 2004 but used in 2010 (because Ronnie Lee Gardener was sentenced to death prior to the ban). A firing squad is too quick of a death for that meth head anyway. Stoning or maybe hanged, drawn, and quartered would be a better method.

I was all set to jump in with a wisecrack about Utah Mother not having 50 posts but damn! I don't know what bothers me more, the allegations in his particular case or that it would have been a lesser crime if the girl was 14 instead of 13.

Sad thing is that the same holds true in Indiana.
Molest a 13 year old and its a class B felony.
Rape a 14 year old...oh wait, you can't rape a 14 year old, its simply sexual misconduct which can be pled to a class D felony and converted to a class A misdemeanor.

    Now ain't that justice

What do you usually pay for 13 year old *****? Do you really see anything humorous about this?

Here's hoping you don't have daughters. :noway:
