International school bus with a T444(7.3) GVWR 25,500 and currently weighs 11,500. 13mpg on a 2300 mile trip. Less than 100k on drivetrain. School seats are gone. 35 gallon factory tank and custom 100 gallon tank between frame rails behind axle. Has a new paint job now. Total cost under 3k.

I love the idea of a school bus. Would painting "Corrections" make it a police vehicle? (not that at that point it is worth worrying about mis-representation)

I want to find a site that shows some modifications to various vehicles... I am sure there are plenty of nooks and crannies to hide things, if you know where to look.
