What do you define as "A Lot" of rounds through you guns?

We have a ruger MKII that has fired 100,000 rounds and not one stoppage with cheap 22 ammo

I used to think hitting the 5000 round mark meant your gun was starting to see some usage. However, since I have started reloading, 5000 rounds is just a drop in the bucket.

I consider shooting out a barrel to be shooting "a lot" of ammo. So 10k+.

I have well over 35000 rounds through my H&K USP 9mm it is as accurate and as tight as it was the day i pulled it outta the box new!

At $.20/round that's $7k in ammo. Bet you didn't pay for it all.

Nope not all of it! the department paid for some! but then again I keep $13,000 bucks worth of ammo on hand! about 38,000 rounds right now!

When I'll shoot upwards of 300 rounds of 357 magnum a range visit, and reload them all again the next day, I'd say 10k isn't that much.

Now, on a airweight snub nose magnum revolver, I'd say it's going to be needing work, or you'll be needing surgery for wrist damage.
