I dont think you would need the permit for the gun, but you might need a midget permit.

Gawd if those people sitting behind me were any more stuck up they could have sniffed their own butts. Try sitting at an outside table with your wife, son, and his girlfriend with Red Hot Chili Pepper crap playing so loud you can hear each other but just sitting near these two women with skin that looked like a yard sale catcher's mitt.
