What is your experience with 38 super?

Ditto! I have a few Detonics compact 1911s in 38 Super. Great platform for the round. Fun round to shoot, good velocity with the recoil roll of a 45.

I'm sort of a .38 Super junkie, especially if it's a Colt. I have a stainless Colt Government that's an absolute tack driver. Throw in a handful of Wilson Combat mags filled with my reloads and let the good times roll.

Colt or Sig, if you happen to be cruising the forums and see this, could one of you please design something similar to the Mustang or P938 chambered in .38 Super? I know it's mainly a competition cartridge, and I know the gun would need to be a little beefier than those models, but you could put me down for two if one is ever produced. One to carry the crap out of and one to sit nice and pretty in my safe.
