What handgun do you want to have with you in a Zombie/SHTF scenario??

I'm talking about typical carry handguns, something to back up that AR or AK when it fails or is out of ammo. No fully autos or sub machine guns.

Mine is my S&W Sigma 40ve. I have 2 of them and with 4 Mags each my capacity is 112 rounds.

I have shot over 3000 rounds through them with zero malfunctions and they eat up any ammo.

Also this thing is big enough and heavy enough to easily pistol whip someone to death!

I'm pretty accurate with it at 25-30 yds

I apologize up front if a similar thread has already been discussed.

I will say my Glock 26, also because it’s my EDC and I always have it on me.

If there are zombies and I’m going try my hardest to get to my shotgun...duh...

I would have to choose my EDC XDm 40. That along with a few extra magazines of ammo, I think I could hold my own for a night or two.

Glock 17. They don't break. And if they do break odds are good they will keep firing. (Really, even with a broken connector you can fire the damn things)
