There are a couple for me....a WII nazi P-38 and a WII polish Radom.
Both in excellent condition and matching numbers.

I have only sold one pistol so... technically speaking, I regret it the most.*

    Jennings .22

*And by most I mean not even slightly.

A Walther P22, my very first REAL firearm. It jammed more often than Ruger and Browning, but I later found out it was the norm, for P22s. And I did manage to have a lot fun shooting it. But mostly, it was special because it was my First... :)

I bought a G22 off of someone on here. It came with I'm wanting to say 5+ mags and brand new night sights. Gun was in perfect condition. I traded it in for a G23 with 2 mags and no night sights. A couple weeks down the road I sold it.
I'm still kicking myself in the :moon:.

A 1970's production Charter Arms Undercover. It looked like new and since it was made before the quality went to hell in the late '80's / early 90's is was a good piece. Should have kept it!

I've sold/traded 3 pistols in my past. None of which I really regret. Except one.

Rexio .38 Spl (The only one I really regret but was for a good cause)
KT P-11 (Don't regret it in the least sense of the word. JoM!)
S&W Sigma 40VE (hated the trigger, but it was my first pistol. Don't regret it)

The Rexio revolver was AWESOME. Almost Perfect condition, very low round count, but it's helping to fund a .22 AR. :D

Rifles, well, lets not go there with me either.

S&W 629 Classic 44mag., I had a red dot optic on it and used it to hunt deer with for a couple of years before I bought a TC in 35 Rem.

Regret them all now. Nothing worse than seeing your gun on display for $200+ more than they gave you for it. But you do what you need to. Family comes first.
