Long term debt will suck out your soul. Wait until you can pay for it...it's a hard lesson to learn and a harder one to crawl out from under. If you want what your parents have now...think about how long they took to accumulate it. Be patient, it will come; but you must work for it.

Right on Thor. My wife and I are FINALLY very comfortable financially. It took a while, but we got there.

    Save for retirement.
    Spend less than you earn.
It's as easy to save for it and buy it as it is to buy it and then pay for it.

Don't trade a basket full of corn for a basket with a cover over it.

In other words, stay with the girl you have rather than give her up for the girl you want.

Redheads are usually not worth it. Usually.

I thought I went to a small school. My graduating class was 36.

#1 Make sure all your credits from Western Michigan get accounted for properly and transferred. You'll graduate in December '92 instead of December '94 (or maybe not- working long hours for little pay while finishing off the final credits...again...was the best thing for me).

#2 On a bit less personal, more widely applicable note, I would plagiarize significant portions of this:

    Good video.

    2. No need to baby the Irocs, they will not be worth squat in 25 years.

    3. Do not marry the new hostess at the restaurant you cook at.
