In my opinion anyone violating the constitution should be impeached tar and feathered and kicked out of leadership. Kiss a standing army good by, all the alphabet agencies gone and anything that is violating the constitution is destroyed. I'm sure many here would cry for years because of certain socialist programs are destroyed along with the alphabet agencies that enforce unconstitutional law.
So then, without a direct answer to the question, would one infer that Trump should then be impeached, tar and feathered for failing to uphold his oath to the Constitution based solely on the premise of the Constitutionalist party?

First they stack the supreme court, then they begin "defining" the constitution based on the new (9 or 11) supreme court. No wording will be changed, only explaining to the "mere people" what it means. Once that happens, the world is theirs.

I dont think that's the case.. I think it would be based on if they actually tried to uphold it.. the real criminal would be the ones that blocked the upholding of the constitution. Just my take.. seems to be the fair way to approach it.

How many presidents have written law with an executive order? Executive orders are for white house staff only now they are making laws with it. Every time they send money to a country that hates us that is treasonous. There is no particular place to start. Just get people voted in and start following the constitution. When enough get in unconstitutional laws can be stopped and those that are in the books undone. This current government imo is not following the constitution at all. It is outside the constitutional constraints and is running unchecked.

Oh, by the way, I wanted to check and ask if the election of trump repealed obammycare.
    Did it?
No but did he guarantee you it would? You are blaming the wrong entity, it was the uniparty that did not participate in repeal, led by none other than John McCain, to defeat the Presidents efforts. He then did neutralize it by EO to do away with the penalty mandate...

And that is a part of what this whole thread is about, the battle for the republican party.

How do you vote in constitutional reps now that they control the counting of votes?

A little narrow in the thinking there, EO's are for the executive branch and while the congress funds it, the executive has constitutional authority in execution.

How the hell would that work? Here we are 2A guys wanting to be prepared to protect and the country cannot do likewise? This ain't a time in history when citizens at home can be called up with their AR's to fight off attacks from other countries. I get where you are coming from, but it is not practical, it takes years to build and train to fight modern wars, how the hell would that work?

Today's party is looking like the post Nixon republicans of the 70s, solid country club and indifferent to working people. Things got better though.

It's the constitutional way anything else is unconstitutional. Only provisions was for a Navy. That would include Marines. Outside a declared war no standing army. Founding Father's believed in citizens militia only outside of war.

    That's an interesting take.

I have seen working people states such as my home state of WV go red in my lifetime and many friends/acquaintances go from D to R. My first vote was in the Reagan years as an R in a deeply D state. Trump was also doing a really good job swinging the working people bloc red. Maybe some if it has been pandering just to get votes as is the usual practice in politics.

Where do you get to that conclusion? Country clubs are relics of the past and virtually irrelevant today. So is the CoC. Do you see the CoC signs at small businesses any longer?

If you really dig into the demographics republican voters are small businesses and working middle class. This link really puts it all together.

Me too.. thanks to Obama, original constitutionalists are considered domestic terrorist legally

Sent from my SM-N975U using Tapatalk
No....original Constitutionalists chose to believe the endless lies from the republican campaigns and Fox, and then subsequently blindly followed the biggest liar and traitor of all to attack our Capitol while performing the actual act that binds a Constitutional Republic....that’s what branded them, or at least those that participated as domestic terrorists.
