My Sig Sauer 1911 / 22 is made by GSG

    And I absolutely love it

I've put a lot of rounds through it with great reliability.

And it is accurate as can be.

Very nice! My friend has the same one, I put 5 mags through my new GSG today and I love it. I can't wait to shoot it again!! Good times and waaaay cheaper than usual. :yesway:

P22, 22/45 (threaded from factory), Ruger Charger - in order of accuracy...pretty obvious. Use all suppressed and all they are a joy to shoot. The 22/45 is a pain to break down and re-assembly - relative to anything else I own.

I've got a ruger SR22. When I bought it I had to decide between that and a P22. Now I think I need a P22 and maybe the GSG or Colt 1911 .22

I guess at some point I should buy something in a bigger caliber.

    I really want a ruger 10/22 also..

    Scrounging brass
Charter Arms Explorer II (shares mags with the AR7).
Phoenix Arms HP22A Rangemaster set (I have 2 of these- one in blue and one in satin nickel). Yeah, I know, Phoenix, but they are easy to shoot, easy to buy, easy to feed, the weight absorbs what little recoil there is, and they are more accurate than they have any right to be.

Wow, this has been a good thread. Seems that almost everyone has and shoots .22's
Where would we be if that round didn't exist? I have at least 7 or 8 handguns and about 20 rifles in .22 and shoot all but one of them....Love it....John

My favorites are my S&W 41s. Also have a Colt Ace and several types of Woodsman's, several Ruger autos, Walther PP22, S&W 17 and 648 (22 Mag) and a couple NAA Mini revolvers. I've had to sell a few of my 22s over the last couple years but hopefully I can hold onto these. I almost always take my 5" S&W 41 with me to the range, especially if I'm shooting my CZ 452 rifles!

I have a mark I and Mark III and have never had any feeding issues with either gun. Now looking to get an SR22. Also would like a cheap Rough Rider.
