My phone doesn't stay plugged in very well. I have to set it just right. That's like 30 seconds of fooling with it. Then it wants to update the OS. Then I have to learn it all again. This just happened last night so I'm still recovering.

Netflix has been freezing up on our wifi TV. Had to reset the streaming service and type in my password using the arrows on the remote. ON. THE. REMOTE. Took like 5 whole minutes. Infuriating!

Youtube "updated" its app for Google TV such that the remote for my Sony Smart TV box does not control Youtube functions anymore.

My FULL QWERTY remote which was a big factor in me getting this box.....FULL QWERTY!

As an aside....why would anyone sell a smart TV or set-top box without a FULL QWERTY remote?

It's barely bigger than a normal remote and has a touchpad for cursor control and...did I mention this?...a FULL QWERTY keyboard.
