I think most of us have ignored the cardio rule and that will definitly present a problem when the zombies come..

Invest your money for your "zombie kit" in as many treadmills as possible. When the apocolypse comes make an outward facing circle of treadmills keeping them on full power so that no zombies can make it past the line. If that doesn't work, at least you'llhave rule #1 cardio covered anyways.....
