    Use a well lit room.

When they ask if you have any questions ask things like:

What does a successful person on this position look like?

If money, time, and staff was not an issue
    what would you change?

Why have you been here as long as you have?

What is the culture like here?

    Good luck!
"What are you hoping to change with this hire" is one I've gotten super interesting and illuminating results from.

Thanks again INGO for all the.... advice. interview was late this afternoon. 1st round of interview went really well. 4 people involved in the process. Almost an hour long interview. It is for a maintenance director/supervisor and have to wait about a week before I know if I make it to the next round.
I had answers for all questions with little or no hesitation. I had not read last several posts and had done most of the suggestions you all had said.. most..;).
I feel as I did a great job with feedback I got from the panel.. now just hurry up and wait!
