    We've been having trouble getting our burgers off the grill in one piece and had resorted to using two spatulas per burger. We were out running around yesterday and finally found a solution. It's still a tad small but at least we can get them off in one piece using a single utensil now.

    No photoshopping or trick photography involved; a standard wireless mouse is next to it for scale.

    Yes I am for gun control!! A firm grip, steady aim, and a gentle squeeze!!

    What comes after your first "infraction"? Double Secret Probation perhaps???

    Smoking some "Catfish Pork Tenderloins" for a Company event this Thursday. Have around 18lb. How long to smoke in a 525* smoker?

    Have shot this with a temp gun a half hour after lighting, 525 deg. Study for about 3 hrs.

    Been using an acorn and cowboy lump charcoal for everything. My propane grill is just idled at this time.
    So many great recipes to try out.
    My eyes have been opened to a whole new way of cooking.
    BTW, that fatty recipe looks awesome and hats off to all the great grill masters here !
