I doubt that. The spin coming from the media makes it sound like it is totally reasonable. They will have to get it into court and get the court to say it is wrong to make any headway.

I think there has now been enough doubt raised to warrant an investigation of the department of justice and the white house for criminal activity.
We need to start a petition calling for an investigation buy an independent council.
This goes beyond politics, it sounds to me like their trying to strip away our freedoms.

This brings up an interesting question: Assuming there is enough public outcry to force an investigation of the DOJ and keeping in mind what happened to Kenneth Starr when he was tasked to investigate crimes committed by a previous Chief Executive, who in the world would be willing and able to conduct such an investigation?
